Periodically clean insulators

During the long-term operation of the transmission line, an impurity is attached to the surface of the transmission line, which causes some damage to the insulation performance of the insulator. Therefore, in order to ensure the insulation performance of the insulator, cleaning work can be performed on the surface of the insulator. Impurities are removed. In the cleaning process, it can be divided into different cleaning levels depending on the environment. For example, in a very polluted environment, it is designated as a key cleaning area. When cleaning the area, it must be performed more than three times a year. In a polluted environment, it is designated as a general cleaning area. When cleaning the area, it must be ensured more than 2 times a year; in a very low-pollution environment, it should be designated as a light cleaning area. When cleaning, it can be done once a year. When cleaning, you can use the corresponding dry wiper, and with plastic balls, gloves and other tools to clean the insulator, effectively remove the impurities on the surface of the insulator and clean it. At the same time, it is necessary to carefully inspect the insulators to see if there are defects such as cracks, damages, etc. on the surface. When problems are found, they must be replaced in a timely manner.
